GOALS
Focus on the fundamentals of the game
Focus is on extensive individual instruction - we want to make better hockey players
Develop existing skills and improve ability
Teach individual and team play
Develop each camper's potential through a positive learning experience
Increase each camper's enjoyment of the game
Will provide a staff that is overflowing with energy and knowledge
YOUTH CAMP DAILY SCHEDULE
3 hours daily - 15 hours weekly on-ice instruction
Daily power skating development
Daily fundamental skill development
daily off-ice instruction including video
5 hours of weekly off-ice instruction
CAMP HOURS
8:00am-12:00pm or 10:00am-2:00pm
Campers will be divided into groups of age and ability
EQUIPMENT
Each camper needs full hockey gear.
Helmet with full face shield
Mouth guard
Neck protector
Shoulder pads
Elbow pads
Gloves
Pants
Shin pads
Skates
Stick
Athletic protector
Garter belt or jock plus (holds up hockey socks)
Hockey socks
Water bottle (with long straw to use through face shield)
Camp jersey will be provided at registration.
