Philosophy: The intensive prospect camp is designed for the wrestler who wants to maximize their potential through technical development, hard drilling, live wrestling, off-season strength and conditioning, and the Brown University experience. This camp will push you throughout the week and allow college prospects to show off their abilities in front of collegiate coaches from all division levels.Take advantage of this opportunity to be on an Ivy League Campus and display your wrestling skills.
Along with training in an elite Division I wrestling facilities, campers will be exposed to hands-on world class technique from our accomplished staff. Each session will allow athletes an opportunity to experience top level training with various workout partners in an intense training environment. Campers will also get one-on-one time with current Brown University staff, athletes, and other collegiate coaches, as they learn and train alongside staff counselors and other campers.
Schedule: Each session will last approximately two hours with the first half of the session devoted toward technique, drilling, and the live wrestling will take place during the second half. Camp training will be formatted in various ways throughout the camp with complete information provided during registration.
