Welcome to the STA website!
The Student Technology Assistants (STA) program is part of CIS Academic Services and works in tight collaboration with the Instructional Technology Group (ITG). The goal of the program is to offer assistance to Brown University faculty and graduate teaching assistants in the creation of digital course materials and projects. The program started during the academic year 2001-2002.
The STAs are undergraduate students with specific computing skills. Students are coordinated by Giovanna Roz, CIS Instructional Technology Projects Coordinator.
