Events cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start will be billed in full.

MTS does not handle room reservations. To cancel a room reservation, please contact either the office with whom the room was booked (usually the
Registrar
at or
University Scheduling Office
(863-6217)).
MTS supports audio in
some locations (click for list)
. If you have booked audio in other locations, please contact
Facility Management' Event Support Office
at (401) 863-7820 to cancel their services.
