Service on Site
The Service on Site (SOS) Program was implemented in September
of 2002 to better serve the needs of the Brown community.
If a particular problem cannot be resolved over the phone,
we may suggest a Service on Site appointment. Faculty and
staff appointments are scheduled with Help Desk professional
staff members, while student appointments are scheduled with
our student consulting program members. This service is free
of charge and is available to any on campus member.
