Resolved: As of appoximately 11:30 this issue has been resolved.
We are aware of a problem with Banner Reporting Database (ODS) and are working to identify and resolve the issue. Functionality that may be impacted by this problem includes: creating reports based on data from Internet Native Banner that is stored in the Banner Reporting Database.
