25Live is an online interface used to reserve and request classroom and event space on campus. Members of the Brown community can check space availability and request space online.
Access to 25 Live for checking space availability and requesting space is open to anyone with a Brown username and password. Access to 25 Live for scheduling rooms is limited to staff in the Registrar's Office and Facilities Management (Events) as well as departmental schedulers who have responsibility for scheduling classes and events. Access can be requested through CAP via submission of the access request form. Departments who wish to begin to use 25Live to schedule events in their space should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
