IT Ticketing System (Remedy)

Remedy is a ticketing system for handling requests and help tickets for information technology applications and services.

Request this Service: 

Access to Remedy is not needed to submit tickets - for ways to get help, see the Support Page. IT Professionals who need access to Remedy to process tickets should submit an Access Request and choose Remedy from the Requested Access menu.

Requirements: 
  • Recommended Browsers: Firefox (latest version)
  • Minimum Required Browsers: Firefox 2+, Internet Explorer 7+, Safari 3+ 
    (most functionality also works in Chrome, but it is not officially a supported browser)
