On-Site Support

If a problem cannot be resolved over the phone via the central CIS Help Desk, IT Support Consultant can make an on-site visit to campus-based faculty and staff offices. This service is provided on an appointment-basis, at the discretion of the IT Support team.

Request this Service: 

Departments participating in the ITSC program can contact their IT Support Consultant directly. Departments with local IT staff should contact their DCC and SysAdmin directly.

Departments interested in receiving support through the ITSC program should inquire at itsc@brown.edu.

 

Cost: 

Included for departments supported by the ITSC program, $75 per hour for unsupported departments.
