Windows Installation Instructions IMPORTANT: KeyAccess must be installed prior to installing FileMaker Pro. If you have an existing version of FileMaker (version 10 or earlier) on your computer, back up your current database files, uninstall FileMaker, and restart your computer. Download FileMaker using the download link provided. Select download location and click Save. Select a folder to download to and click Save. Navigate to the download location and double-click on install_filemaker10v3.exe. You may receive a security warning. Click Run. Accept the install location and click Extract. You will be notified that the language for this installation is English. Click OK. At the Welcome screen, click Next. Enter your username. The Organization and License Key fields should be completed. Click Next. Accept the terms of the license agreement and click Next. Accept the default installation folder. Click Next. Choose a setup type and click Next. Choose your shortcut locations and click Next. Click Install. When you are notified that the installation is successful, click Finish. You will be presented with a window welcoming you to the Bonjour installer. Click Next to install Bonjour. At the Welcome screen, click Next. Accept the license agreement and click Next. At the information page, click Next. Choose installation options and click Install. When you are notified that Bonjour has been successfully installed, click Finish. Macintosh Installation Instructions IMPORTANT: KeyAccess must be installed prior to installing FileMaker Pro. Make sure that your Macintosh meets the system requirements. Quit all running applications. Click on the link provided to download FileMaker. Double-click install_filemaker10.dmg (if it has not already extracted). Drag the FilemakerPro10 folder to your Applications folder. Authenticate if requested to do so. Launch FileMaker Pro 10 from your Applications folder.
