Program Goals and Aims

• Train and mentor foreign scientists in the conduct of ethically sound and scientifically rigorous laboratory, clinical and socio-behavioral research related to HIV/AIDS.

• Foster the development of a cadre of international site-specific scientists who can become competent, independent researchers and can address critical issues facing their own countries’ HIV/AIDS epidemics.
