GET is a website for viewing the accounts linked to your Brown ID card: Bear Bucks, meal plans, and PAWPrints. You can check balances and transaction history, and report a lost card.
Create and share work online and access documents from anywhere with this web-based word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, form, and data storage service offered as part of Google Apps@Brown. This service allows real-time collaboration with others at and outside of Brown.
Google Groups provide a means to receive email at a general (rather than personal) address. Email sent to the address is redirected to one or more individuals at their personal addresses, and not held in a central mailbox. Google Groups can also be used to assign permissions within Google, such as the ability to view a Google Calendar, Document, or Site.
Users can create and edit a simple website bringing together information to share, including docs, videos, photos, calendars and attachments. Sites can be shared with any number of users within the Brown community or with the entire world. It is offered as part of Google Apps@Brown.
Google hangouts are video chats with up to 15 participants who also have Google accounts. Along with sharing video from your webcam, you can also share your screen (helpful for giving presentations or demonstrations), collaborate on a Google Doc, or watch a YouTube video together.
