Wired Network Access
Wired ethernet network connectivity to all campus buildings and the Internet. Brown is an Internet 2 connected site for high performance network requirements.
Request this Service:
Email Telecom@brown.edu and include building, room number and an account number to request additional taps or upgrade existing speed to Gigabit.
Cost
One-time installation fee of $45/hour plus materials if required for new taps. Gigabit upgrade costs vary and may not be available in some buildings. Estimates can be provided prior to the commencement of work in both cases. Support and Contact Information
