National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program

1. Funding amount:

-3 years of support usable over a five-year period;

-$30000 annual stipend;

-$10500 annual cost-of-education;

-international research & professional development opportunities;

-supercomputer access.

2. Eligibility:

-US citizen, US national or permanent resident alien, and

-1st year or the first semester of the 2nd year graduate students, and

-pursuing a research-based master's or doctoral degree.

National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship

1. Funding amount:

-up to 3 years of support;

-stipend: 1st year $30500, 2nd year $31000, 3rd year $31500;

-full tuition and required fees;

-medical insurance offered by the university, up to $1000/year;

2. Eligibility:

-US citizen or US national, and

-Applicants must have completed less than two full-time years of graduate study.
