Summer@Brown: Life on Campus

Pre-College Programs at Brown University

Various Programs

What’s life really like in the Ivy League? As a pre-college student, you’ll find out. Summer@Brown is a true residential college experience - you’ll live and study like a college student, and learn to balance an active campus life, full of academic, social, and co-curricular activities.

Students enrolled in Summer Session Credit Courses take two classes, and study side-by-side with Brown undergraduates.

Students enrolled in Pre-College Courses take 3-hour classes that meet in the morning or afternoon.

Supervision

A team of carefully selected and trained Community Directors (CDs) and Resident Advisors (RAs) live in the residence halls. These skilled and caring live-in professionals and Brown undergraduates help students balance the competing demands of academic and social life.
