Co-Curricular Events and Activities – Summer 2009

Social Events

Each week students have fun and make new friends when they take advantage of popular social activities on campus including dances, movies, karaoke, talent shows, yoga, dance instruction, and much more. All events and activities are free. In addition, Resident Advisors plan floor unit activities designed to foster community and help students transition to college life. Students receive a weekly Activities & Events Newsletter with details on all the week's activities and fun.

Popular Destinations & College Visits

Excursions to popular nearby destinations including Boston, Newport, area beaches, shopping outlets and the RISD Museum are offered on weekends. Students are responsible for food and admission tickets on off-campus trips. College visits are offered on Saturdays. Since space is limited by the colleges we visit, priority is given to rising seniors.
