Hi, I'm Elise, and I am a first year from London, England. Our academic system of A-levels allowed me to study History of Art in some depth, and that included an individual research project in which I looked at the eighteenth architect Robert Adam. I investigated his use of classical sources that he used to create his unique style of interior design, and developed an interest in the classical artefacts and works of architecture themselves, as well as how they were subsequently used to provide inspiration for later styles. At the moment I am thinking of concentrating in either History of Art, or Archaeology, but nothing is ever certain.
