Professor Emma Blake is Assistant Professor in the Classics Department at Tufts University. Her research focuses on the western Mediterranean in the Bronze and Iron Ages. Since 1999 her fieldwork has been centred in western Sicily. Her articles have appeared in numerous journals, and most recently she co-edited, with A. Bernard Knapp, The Archaeology of Mediterranean Prehistory (Oxford, Blackwell, 2005).

Her lecture, "Sardinia's Bronze Age Towers: 4000 Years of Use and Reuse", is free and open to the public.
