Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

 

 

This 60 year old woman had signs of upper and lower motor neuron involvement. The gross photos show cerebral

atrophy with dilated, angulated lateral ventricles and spinal cord involvement with thinned anterior spinal roots.
