Staff Conflict of Interest and Commitment

Brown University is committed to the highest levels of integrity. All members of the Brown community are expected to conduct their relationships with each other, the University, and outside organizations with honesty and in a manner that supports the University’s mission. The Conflict of Interest and Commitment Policy requires annual disclosure as a condition of employment, in addition to disclosing potential, actual, or perceived conflicts as they arise to their supervisor or assigned senior administrator.
