Brown’s Employee Education Benefits assist eligible employees directly and indirectly by deferring costs for formal education of the employee and their children.

Brown University offers the Employee Education Program (EEP) benefit to eligible employees to help them meet their professional development goals and growth potential. The EEP assists with educational guidance and financial support for employees on the Brown University regular payroll desiring to obtain additional formal education and training.

The Brown University Tuition Aid Program (TAP) may assist eligible employees to defer some of the costs of undergraduate tuition costs for their eligible natural or legally adopted dependent child(ren).
