Departmental computing coordinators (DCC)

Some departments have Departmental Computing Coordinators (DCC). The DCC group is the distributed group of people who provide technical support for departments, programs, centers and other groups at Brown. Your DCC should be your first stop when you have a computing issue. They are often familiar with the equipment in your department and can help to troubleshoot your issue. If your department does not have a DCC, please contact the CIS Help Desk with any technical issues.
